What is the most westernised country in the arab world?

The developed western countries went through many stages to reach their cultural, industrial, political, social development. Some arab countries just have had some technological development imported and ready-made. Which arab county do you think has imported from the west more than the others. Do you think its imported (plagiarised, mimicked, copied,...) development is "healthy" or normal for it. Don't you think this arab country should have passed through the stages that the west went through?

1. Lebanon and Turkey, culture-wise. They dress like western people.

3. sure each country passed through some stages not only arab countries yet the stages not necessary be like US stages!. each country has its condition. for the development of building it's Dubai ( UAE ), Kuwait and Qatar. but for having a democracy and freedom of speech it's Kuwait for sure. For the libration ( i mean from traditions ) it could be Lebanon and probable Tunisia. there is no such a westernized country! each country take a bit of west in what fit the people in that country PS: Turkey and Iran are NOT arab :) .. that's just for the first comment lol
4. The Sultanate of Oman. The Sultan was educated at Balliol and Sandhurst. When he came to power in 1970 the country was basically medieval in nature and culture. Now it is a bright 21st century state, forward looking and confident, all thanks to Sultan Quaboos.
